Cause
This error is caused by either two competing virus scanners or
a bad update to the McAfee virus scanner.
Resolution
If you have more than one virus scanner installed, remove one
of them.
If you only have McAfee installed you have a bad file somewhere.
Go to http://ts.mcafeehelp.com/doconly.asp?docid=71541.
Follow the instructions for the MANUAL UNINTALL OF VIRUS SCAN,
not the automatic. After complete removal reinstall should fix
the problem.
