Spybot Search and Destroy has an option to lock the Internet Explorer homepage and preventing it from changing.

Resolution

Follow the steps below to lock your homepage:

1. Open Spybot Search and Destroy
2. Click on immunize settings
3. Select the buttons at the bottom of the page to lock the homepage
