Symptoms

IncrediMail keeps checking for new mail and the program is always open.

Cause

Incredi-Mail is launching on startup

Resolution

To prevent Incredi-Mail from launching on start up follow the steps below:

1. Click on Tools
2. Click on Options
3. Uncheck the box that is labeled ‘Launch Incredi-Mail on startup.’
4. Now close Incredi-Mail
5. Right click on the Incredi-Mail icon next to the clock and choose ‘Exit.’
