Resolution

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools
3. Click on Internet Options
4. Select the Programs tab
5. Check the box "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser".
6. Restart IE and when the following windows pop up, uncheck the box "Always perform this check when starting Internet Explorer".
7. Click "Yes" to change the default browser to Internet Explorer.
