Create a shortcut for a Windows ME Connection
1. Click on Start, go to Settings, and Click on Dial-Up Networking 
2. Right Click on ChiliTech and Create Shortcut.
3. A window will appear stating "Windows cannot create a shortcut here. Do you want the shortcut to be placed on the desktop instead?" Click on Yes.
4. You should now have a Shortcut to ChiliTech on your main desktop screen.
