Reconfiguring an Existing Windows 2000 Connection
1. Click on Start, go to Settings, and Click on Network and Dial-up Connections 
2. Right Click on ChiliTech and select Create Shortcut.
3. A window will appear stating "Windows cannot create a shortcut here. Do you want the shortcut to be placed on the desktop instead?". Click on Yes.
4. You should now have a Shortcut to ChiliTech on your main desktop screen.
