Netscape Communicator 4.7 1. Open Netscape, then click on the Edit menu at the top and select Preferences in the menu that drops down.
2. Under Category on the left side, make sure Navigator is highlighted. On the right side of the window under Navigator Starts with, make sure a dot is next to Home page. Type http://start.chilitech.com as the Home Page Location.
3. Click the Advanced option on the Category window.
4. Click the Cache option under the Advanced Category. Click the Clear Memory Cache
5. Select Proxies from the Advanced catagory. Make sure that Direct connection to the Internet is the option selected.
